Batting Cage

Sometimes life throws you a few more curve balls than you can hit out of the ball park. Lately I feel like I have been standing at the Batting Cage with a million baseball flying my direction at rocket speed, and all I can do is a Swing and a Miss!
So I am taking this one little step to start recording my plans, days, moments, ideas, setbacks, triumphs etc concerning my quest to regain that body that I once had.
After 6 children and all sorts of reasons, I have found myself looking in the mirror wondering WHAT has happened. So here we go, starting at Square One (might I add again) with the journey that will hopefully take me to that place where I can walk into Costco and know I can find my size of yoga pants!
I hope to update this every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with entries full of humor, and realism of what it takes for this Mother of 6 to journey back to the waist line of yesteryear.
I am not following a strict diet or regiment, just adding different ideas and exercises as time goes by and find what works best for this frame! So far the rules are simple, but not necessarily easy:
1. No eating after 7:30pm
2. No Sugar--as in treats, pop, cakes, cookies
3. No Pop, even diet
This may kill me. Heaven only knows how I am going to get through tomorrow but one day at a time and hopefully in a year's time you will all see me with a Costco cart full of yoga pants!
How fancy this blog will get is yet to be determined, due to vast amounts of free time my children award me each day, this may be as good as it gets, but I hope to add a few bells and whistles!
Off to bed, wish me luck, tomorrow is going to be very interesting!
See you all on Wednesday night!
